I welcome individuals, couples and family groups of two.

I work exclusively with adults 19+ 

My services are covered by most extended health care plans that cover a registered psychotherapist. Please check your policy carefully before booking a session. You provide payment to me on the day of your session, and I provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurer who may then reimburse you.

Need to cancel or reschedule?

I appreciate receiving as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your session.

This allows me time to fill that spot with someone waiting to be seen.

No shows and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full fee. 

Feeling under the weather or unable to come in on the day of your session?

We can meet online (or by phone). Contact me right up to your appointment time and I will send you a meeting link.
